Planning Commission is exploring ways to fit more housing on existing lots. Tonight, they will hear a presentation from staff about introducing additional development plans in the "core" parts of town. The "core" area is shown on a map on p. 6 of the presentation. 70% of this area is single family homes. The presentation discusses encouraging more "couple houses" (2 houses on a lot), "clusters" (4 cottages), "compounds" (2-3 cottages).
