Public Comment
The meeting begins with public comment. If you want to address Council, you will have three minutes to speak. Any public comments received by email before 3PM will be posted in the meeting packet after 3 (so check back then!).
Consent Matters
Items on the Consent Agenda are considered non-controversial, not needing discussion. Everything in this section will be approved at once, with one vote.
Any councilor wishing to discuss one of the issues can request that it be removed from the consent agenda and discussed and voted on separately.
These are the items on the Consent Agenda:
- Three easement agreements (water, sewer, and emergency access) for the new apartment building at 1170 Newstar Way (map).
- IGA for the City of Golden to do fleet maintenance for the Golden Gate Fire Protection District trucks.

- Creating a Victims Compensation Fund for the municipal court.
Resolutions
- Establishing disbursement standards for the new Victims Compensation Fund.
- Updating the Golden Comprehensive Fee Schedule
This document lists all of the City's charges, for everything from building permits to business licenses, parking fines to green fees at the golf course, sex offender registration to public record requests, traffic citations to cemetery plots. It makes for interesting reading.
