The Economic Development Manager is no longer with the City. They are advertising for a new one. Tonight's meeting will be conducted by that group's second-in-command, the Economic Development Specialist.

Tonight's topics include:

A $1500 sponsorship request by the Chamber of Commerce to defray the cost of their third annual Business Summit, which will be held on November 5th.
Small business grant requests - They have received $40K in requests for a $20K budget. Applicants include -
Cast Iron Tavern - Replace/repair floor in rear of restaurants
Deck Tec Outdoor - Fire Sprinkler Repair
Staebell Insurance - New Rooftop HVAC system
Virtuosity Dance Centre - Upgrade Exterior sign 12
Golden Wellbeing Collective - Repair/replace outdoor decking + ADA ramp
Golden Outpost - Patio enclosure
360 Engineering - Expansion on offices
Cannonball Creek Brewery - Sign Repair
New Terrain Brewing Co - Murals
Deep Roots Winery - Patio Coverage
Verts Neighborhood Dispensary - HVAC System Repair
Raffle for a membership in the Clear Creek Makerspace (in Wheat Ridge)
