Requested Tax Rebate
Terra CO2 Technology, a Canadian company with two locations in Golden, is building a new $7 million plant in the Canyon View Business Park. Staff is suggesting that EDComm recommend a $44,000 use tax rebate. The meeting memo says that the City Manager does not require EDComm's recommendation, but usually seeks their approval. Clear Creek Makers Space
Last summer, EDComm held a raffle for memberships in the Clear Creek Makers Space in What Ridge. Tonight's meeting packet includes positive comments from the winners. (p. 3 of the meeting packet)
