The board will consider a case involving 1817 Arapahoe Street (map). This house, which is listed on the National Register and is owned by a charitable trust, needs a new roof. The owner wants to replace the current clay tile roof with ceramic shingles. Learn more (pp. 3-41). The board will be asked to provide a Certificate of Appropriateness.
The board will then move into study session to discuss the Historic Preservation section of the City's Comprehensive Plan. City Staff hopes to present the revised Comprehensive Plan for Council approval before the end of the year. Learn more (pp. 42-45).
