This series is all about building your confidence as a visitor to Jeffco Open Space Parks, enhancing your skills, and fostering a deep connection with the natural world. In this session we will focus on selecting the right gear and clothing, staying hydrated, and managing heat-related issues to ensure a safe and enjoyable summer hiking experience.
