Networking Like a Boss (Virtual)
When: 12-1PM
The Real Deal Behind Meaningful Connections & Community Growth
Networking isn’t just handing out business cards or showing up to events; it’s about building real relationships, creating trust, and understanding the power of community. In this engaging and honest talk, Melissa Estepp, CEO/Founder of Premier Events shares the behind-the-scenes reality of what successful networking actually looks like and why adopting a “US mentality” instead of an “I mentality” is one of the most powerful shifts a business owner can make.
As businesses grow and schedules get busy, community relationships are often the first thing crossed off the list; yet they remain one of the most crucial pieces of sustaining long-term success. This session will break down how to show up intentionally, build authentic connections, and become someone people genuinely want to work with and support.
Attendees will leave with practical tools, confidence-building strategies, conversation starters, and real-world networking techniques they can immediately apply in business and in life.
