There was a lot of interest in yesterday's article about the construction along South Golden Road.
One of my readers suggested that I clarify the fact that all of those projects are in Pleasant View, outside of the City limits of Golden. The GW Apartments ("86 Units") and the one just breaking ground ("353 Units") are both under the control of Jefferson County, not the City of Golden. The newest potential project ("8 Stories") is on State land, and neither Golden nor Jefferson County has any control over what the State does with it.
