Come celebrate opening night of the 20th Colorado Environmental Film Festival at the Green Center and walk the green carpet! Reserve your ticket today to enjoy this unique evening of environmental film! Open bar will be available 6-7pm in the Green Center Lobby.

  • 6:00-7:00pm: Celebrate reconnecting with our CEFF community with drinks and light appetizers before the films.
  • 7:00-9:30pm: Enjoy a night of great new environmental films and engaging conversation.

Featured Film:
Women of Carbon
 with special post film conversation with Mija Hubler, film star and associate professor of structural engineering and structural mechanics in the Civil, Environmental, and Architectural Engineering Department at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Her research interests include aging of construction materials, concrete infrastructure design and construction methods, and the design of alternative construction materials from biological elements and engineered waste materials. Her research has been recognized with the Leonardo Da Vinci Award from the Experimental Mechanics Institute, the Gustavo Colonnetti Medal from RILEM, and an NSF Early Career Award. She is a co-founder of Prometheus Materials, a bio-cement start-up in Longmont.
