A former Colorado School of Mines professor has been sentenced to 13 years in prison for the tragic November 2024 car crash that killed Golden Police Officer Evan Dunn, and injured another officer and two civilians.
Stephen Geer, 44, was sentenced Jan. 21 to nine years in prison for vehicular homicide while driving under the influence and four years in prison for vehicular assault while driving under the influence. He will be eligible for parole in eight years... Read more...
