The Community Marketing Board will hear a presentation regarding the Clayworks Project. See pp. 2-14 of the meeting packet. This development, which will fill 6 city blocks (Washington to Ford/10th Street to Highway 58) will bring
- 550K sq ft of office space
- 40K sq ft of restaurant/retail space
- 500+ new multi-family homes
- 115K sq ft of CoorsTek headquarters offices
- 140 room hotel
- 100K sq ft of adaptive re-use space to downtown.
- They plan to provide 400-650 parking spaces.
