Tonight's Topics:
- New members will be sworn in, new officers will be elected, and committee members will be appointed.
- "Staff will provide an update on new and on-going communications and coordination efforts with DDA stakeholders and land owners."
- The house has been demolished and site prep is underway for the middle-income housing project at 817 14th Street.
- The Golden Hotel patio renovation will celebrate its grand opening on June 1st.
- Clayworks is finishing their first building and working on their second. They plan to demolish the house at 612 10th Street to build apartments.
- In 2024, the DDA earmarked $150K to upgrade electrical service to the Farmers Market lot and Parfet Park. Staff has been working to get an estimate.
