Resolution re: Affordable Housing

Approve a Tax Increment Financing Agreement that will enable development of affordable housing on the Church of the Nazarene site (map). Learn more.

Resolution and Public Hearing to Create a New Urban Renewal Area

Approve a new urban renewal area for the Church of the Nazarene/affordable housing site. This new development will offer 47 townhomes for sale to households earning 80% or before of the Area Median Income. They are expected to attract 93 new permanent residents and 12 new students. Learn more.

Resolution to Approve a Service Plan for The Junction Metropolitan District

This document details how the City will work with the new Metropolitan District on the north end of town with regard to water, sewer, roads, fire protection, etc. Staff anticipates that this property will also become an Urban Renewal Area. Learn more.
