Executive Session

The meeting will begin with an Executive Session--no cameras, no audience--to discuss the City Manager's performance. At the conclusion of this off-screen discussion, Council will discuss the topic and "possible action."

Public Comment

The City Manager discussion will be followed by public comment. If you want to address Council, you will have three minutes to speak. Any public comments received by email before 3PM will be posted in the meeting packet after 3 (so check back then!).

Items on the Consent Agenda are considered non-controversial, not needing discussion. Everything in this section will be approved at once, with one vote.

Any councilor wishing to discuss one of the issues can request that it be removed from the consent agenda and discussed and voted on separately.

These are the items on the Consent Agenda:

An Intergovernmental Agreement (“IGA”) Amendment between the City of Golden and the Federal Highway Administration. This $3.2 million agreement covers construction on part of the Lena Gulch project. Learn more.
"Upfitting" three new Ford Police Interceptors with equipment to turn them into police cars (sirens, lights, radios, prisoner containment for the backseat). The cost will be $105,035. Learn more.
