Public Comment
The meeting begins with public comment. If you want to address Council, you will have three minutes to speak. Any public comments received by email before 3PM will be posted in the meeting packet after 3 (so check back then!).
Consent Matters
Items on the Consent Agenda are considered non-controversial, not needing discussion. Everything in this section will be approved at once, with one vote.
Any councilor wishing to discuss one of the issues can request that it be removed from the consent agenda and discussed and voted on separately.
These are the items on the Consent Agenda:
- Rezoning Golden Terrace
First reading of an ordinance to rezone Golden Terrace Mobile Home Park from C-1 to PUD. The public hearing and final reading will be on May 12th. - Purchasing 2 Trucks
Purchasing trucks for the City fleet at an estimated total cost of $109,262. - Utility Replacement Contract
Amending a contract with Diamond Contracting Corp for utility replacement. The proposed increase is $1,056,562.51. - "Upfitting" Several Trucks
Adding equipment such as plows, dump beds, and a crane to fleet trucks, at a total estimated cost of $429.980. - Updating the Comprehensive Fee Schedule
The City's fee schedule was approved on March 10th, but staff discovered a couple of small errors, which are corrected in this version. - Purchasing a New Mower
The City will purchase a new mower at a cost of $103,853.28. They expect to offset this by selling the old mower for approximately $10K. - IGA with the School District
Intergovernmental Agreement with the R-1 School District wherein the District will provide bus transportation for the City's summer camps.

Sustainability Grants
