This meeting will begin with a 45 minute study session in which new board members will be "oriented." The group will also review and provide comment on Golden's draft preservation guidelines.
After that, the business meeting will begin with public comment.
They will consider providing a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) for someone to build a new house with accessory garage at 916 9th Street (map), in the 8th and 9th Street Historic District.
They will then discuss providing a Certificate of Appropriateness (COP) for demolition of 612 10th St. (map). AC Development plans to remove this 1869 home to make way for the Clayworks development.
