Tonight's topics include:
Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior changes to 412 18th Street (map), which is a non-contributing structure within the East Street Historic District. This is somewhat after the fact, as the changes have already been made. The owner had not realized that she was supposed to refer her changes to this board before making them. The board will now review the changes and have the opportunity to provide comments and suggestions. They have the option to pronounce the changes "appropriate" for a non-contributing structure within a Historic District.
Staff will provide an update on the plan to demolish 612 10th Street (map).
