- Certificate of Appropriateness to demolish the 1869 home at 612 10th St. (map). The Clayworks project plans to build apartments in that area.
- Certificate of Appropriateness to demolish the one-car garage at 1735 Ford St. (map). The owner plans to replace it with a two-car garage.
