Are you stressed out about school or work? Do you want to try a creative outlet that's quick to learn and unlocks infinite designs? Explore a fun way to relax with Zen doodling! By practicing mindfulness while drawing, we can channel our own energy into something dynamic and calming. Teens will learn a few simple Zen doodling patterns and techniques, then try their own original designs. No drawing experience is necessary. Only teens in grades 6 – 12 are allowed into this program.
