The Board will adjourn to a Study Session after Public Comment.
Representatives from the Clayworks project will be there to discuss construction status, occupancy plans, and their Transportation Demand Management (TDM). The TDM agreement with the city allows them to provide less parking than code would normally require, provided they encourage employees to carpool, ride bikes, or take buses to work.
People will begin occupying the first office building in September. The first retail tenant (a coffee shop) will open during the 4th quarter.
