The Board will adjourn to a Study Session after Public Comment. The meeting packet includes comments already received by staff.
They will continue discussing changes that Clayworks is asking to make to their Planned Unit Development agreement, which includes a Transportation Demand Management (TDM) agreement. The TDM agreement allows Clayworks to provide less parking than code would normally require, provided they encourage employees to carpool, ride bikes, or take buses to work.
