I heard estimates ranging from 250 to 400 people for yesterday's May Day protest.
The signs covered everything from Social Security to the National Parks Service, Veterans Administration to Medicaid, Department of Education to the US Postal Service, Nuclear Security Administration to the Food and Drug Administration, and many more. Golden residents have a wide variety of concerns about changes in the Federal Government.
