Apologies for this second email. I provided the wrong address for tonight's seminar on immigration—it will be held at the Unitarian Church, not the Methodist Church.
The seminar will include:
- A short history of federal and state immigration policy and a description of the newly passed Colorado Senate Bill 276.
- A summary of categories of immigrants in our country, the process of becoming a citizen, common myths about immigrants, and constitutional rights. Hear stories about how policies impact our immigrant community.
- Information on ways to get involved and have an impact.
