The Planning Commission will meet tonight at 6:30 in City Council Chambers. They will conduct several public hearings, including one to permit the former Golden Motel (24th & Ford) to allow 100% residential use. The second concerns the final site plan details for the new 172 unit apartment complex to be built on Ridge Road. The third concerns a site plan for an office and warehouse to be built in the Coors Technology Center. Learn more….
