Proposed redesign of the Jackson Street corridor from the City's March 25th open house

The City recently held an open house regarding proposed changes to Jackson street. Most of the attendees were residents, and the Planning Department wants to reach more business owners. The plans call for the streets to be narrowed and most of the on-street parking to be removed. Business owners often want parking for their customers. Planning staff intends to visit a Chamber event this week to extend their reach to businesses.
