This weekend, Golden is going to be hosting the Colorado Cowboy Poetry Gathering, featuring Baxter Black. This event has been held at the Arvada Center for the past several years, and has sold out their 600-seat auditorium. This year it will be held in our 300-seat Foss Auditorium at the American Mountaineering Center (10th & Washington).
The Gathering starts Friday night and includes a Saturday morning Cowboy Variety TV Show, as well as several other performances. A chuckwagon will also be on site, providing authentic cowboy fare. Some shows are already sold out, but check their website to see what’s still available!.
