Tonight’s consent agenda includes a $1270.45 grant for a Woody’s exterior improvement grant and $2500 grant for a Foss Co. exterior improvement grant.

Council is requesting the DDA’s input on how to spend the cultural funds generated by the lodging tax.

DDA will be asked to authorize purchase of four combination trash/recycling receptacles to be placed at all four corners of 12th and Washington.

The fencing purchased last year to allow seating areas in the parking lanes has broken in several places. Staff will order replacement parts for $12,575.

The Miners Alley lighting project is currently delayed, waiting for a survey of underground utilities.

The Astor House ground-breaking will be held on May 27th and demolition will begin on May 31st.

The group will discuss adding the area east of Ford Street to their “territory,” so the DDA could be involved in developing the parking lots in the former Coors land.
