The GHS Football Booster Club will hold their 2nd annual golf tournament this coming Saturday, May 2nd, at Applewood Golf Course. The $100 per player entry fee includes range balls, cart, round of golf, and dinner. The funds raised will be used to purchase new equipment and go towards the purchase of a new scoreboard for the GHS field. Sign up to play or to sponsor a hole!

This is the last night to see Jekyll and Hyde: the Musical at the School of Mines. This is the story of Henry Jekyll, a dedicated scientist who believes he can find the source of all the evil in man, isolate it, and ultimately make the world a better place. After his ideas are ridiculed by a hospital’s Board of Governors and he is denied a test subject, he decides to test his rare drugs on the only person he can trust – himself. He consequently becomes Edward Hyde, a murderous villain out for revenge against the “hypocrites” of the world. It’s up to Jekyll to quell his inner demon before it’s too late!
