The American Mountaineering Center at 10th & Washington is home to several non-profit organizations, including the Colorado Mountain Club, the Colorado Trail Foundation, and the American Alpine Club. They have one suite of offices that they rent out to for-profit businesses, and it is currently available. It’s a beautiful set of rooms on the first floor, with wainscoting, a kitchen, and nice views of the mountains. We’re going to have a music festival this weekend, in downtown Golden. UllrGrass will have events at the Buffalo Rose, Golden Hotel, Mountain Toad, and Parfet Park.
