The Planning Commission meets tonight at 6:30 in City Council Chambers. They will be asked to approve the site plan for a new 4-story building at the corner of 13th and Jackson. The site is currently a surface-level parking lot. They will also consider a 5-year extension on residential allocations on a site near I-70 and C-470, and will also be asked to grant 33 senior exemptions for a proposed 110 unit senior housing project on Golden Gate Canyon Road.
