We’ll have two runs here in Golden this week. Runners High has organized a Turkey Chase on Thursday (Thanksgiving). This is not a race–it’s a fun run, and a chance for family and friends to get together Thanksgiving morning for a 3 mile run along beautiful Clear Creek. The route offers spectacular views of Lookout Mountain, North Table Mountain, South Table Mountain, and Historic Downtown Golden.

The registration fees include the following: for $20 (1st adult), you get a HUGE pumpkin pie, a pair of custom Runners High socks, a small gym bag and Cannonball Creek beer at the finish line. For $15 (additional adults), you get all of the above EXCEPT the pumpkin pie. For $10, children get a pair of custom Runners High socks, the gym bag and snacks at the finish line.
The second run is a 5K race that takes place Saturday morning. This event benefits Golden’s Neighborhood Rehab Project. Learn more about this race on our Be A Tool 5K page.
