The double hairpin turns on the Lariat Trail with steel guardrails – Bud Rockhill – May, 2023 - Click to enlarge

Workers from the Perimeter Construction Company were at work on one of the hairpin turns on Lariat Trail Saturday, installing steel guardrail. The 287 foot section of rail is one of two the company has contracted to put up on the roadway for the county. It has installed two similar railings on sharp curves on 32nd Ave. near South Table Mountain.
