Thirsty Thursday at the Mountaineering Museum runs from 5:30-8:30. Admission is free, so it’s a good chance to see the museum. This month’s beer is provided by Oskar Blues (a Lyons Colorado brewery).
Golden’s five microbreweries are releasing their collaboration beer (Golden Gateway Saison) tonight, at a party at Foothills Art Center. It should be fun, interesting, and a great deal. For $5, you get food from Jimmy John’s, unlimited 8 oz pours of the new beer, opportunities to win door prizes, and admission to Foothills’ current exhibit. That event lasts from 6-8.
The City Council meeting will start at 6:30 in City Council chambers. Attend in person or watch it live, on cable channel 8 or through the City’s website. To the best of our knowledge, no beer will be served at this event.
