Tomorrow is Colorado Gives Day. This means that the Community First Foundation will divide up a $1 million fund among all participating organizations, based on the donations they receive that day. The Golden Civic Foundation is hosting a party at the Table Mountain Inn for Golden’s non-profit organizations. This is a chance for you to go talk to representatives from the organizations, and, if you choose to, donate to them. The party runs from 4:30-7. Please go–it will be fun and interesting!
Tomorrow night is also a Golden Beer Talk at Windy Saddle Cafe. New City Manager Jason Slowinski will be the speaker, and the featured brewery is Barrels & Bottles.
Here are this week’s city meetings. These will all take place in City Council Chambers, starting at 6:30, and will all be broadcast live on cable channel 8 and through the city website. The meeting packets are available on this page.
