The City is hosting the annual Greener Golden event this morning. This is your chance to pick up your pre-ordered gardens-in-a-box. Other low-water-use plants will also be available for purchase. Free compost will also be available–bring your own container.
While there, tour the Golden Community Garden, meet members of Golden’s Garden Clubs, and ask questions of Master Gardeners.
Some new plants and a load of compost for Mom’s garden would make a great Mothers Day present!
