The Planning Commission meets tonight at 6:30 in City Council chambers. They will consider approving a site plan for a mixed use, 172 unit apartment complex at 520 Golden Ridge Road, across 6th avenue from the new light rail station. This project will require an exemption to the 1% growth limit. The Commission will hold a public hearing at tonight’s meeting, before deciding whether to recommend the plan to City Council.
